On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. Please send a short message if you arrive later than 7.00 pm.In accordance to the Italian tax law, payments in cash are only accepted up to a value of €5,000.00.
You're looking forward to your well-deserved vacation and then something unexpected happens. If you do not have travel cancellation insurance, your deposit will be withheld in the event of cancellation and the following conditions will apply:
In case of cancellation from 28 to 15 days before arrival: 60% of the entire booked period will be charged.In case of cancellation from 14 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the entire booked period will be charged.In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire period will be charged.Room cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged even if the rooms are partially or fully re-rented for the entire period. Cancellation fees will also apply if the stay is rebooked.
We recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance.
